Biography on Joe Schon -
AG-MON LTD. Founder / Principal
An
experienced international marketing executive, Joe Schon is a
Founder/Principal and Director of AG-MON LTD.; President of AG-MON
Inc., the USA J-V Partner of AG-MON LTD.; and President of AGROMAC
International Inc, a business development company in Scottsbluff,
Nebraska. Mr. Schon's experience includes: Director of Sales and
Marketing for Asia and Western Hemisphere for Allied-Signal Corp.;
Director of Business Development for the worldwide business of FMC Food
Machinery Group; and Vice President for Alcoa, Separations Systems.
Until 1996, Agromac owned three manufacturing companies in France and
Belgium, and until 1997, owned Lockwood, a potato equipment and pivot
manufacturer in Gering, Nebraska. Previous to that, Joe was Marketing
Manager for Boise Cascade.
Mr.
Schon has included the development of strategic alliances with foreign
equipment manufacturers, joint-ventures with Japanese and other
countries, and project management and relationships with diverse
foreign businesses. He headed business development projects for Turkey,
Poland, Mexico, Thailand, and Asia Pacific for FMC.
Joe
had Degrees in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Fort Hays State
University in Kansas, and an MBA from Pepperdine University in
California. He has attended many workshops and strategic training
programs, including the Stephen Covey Effective Management Seminar in
Utah.

Mangal Sovdyn -
AG-MON LTD. Founder / Principal
A
citizen of Mongolia, Mangal Sovdyn is a Founder/Principal and Director
of AG-MON LTD.; Principal of Badral Oyu, LLC.; the Mongolia J-V Partner
of AG-MON LTD. Mr. Sovdyn's experience includes: General Director of
the Mining Research Institute of Mongolia; Senior Scientist for The
Mining Research Institute of Mongolia; and Engineer for Bayanteeg Coal
Mine in Everhangai Aimag, Mongolia.
Mangal
has developed strategic alliances with financial, research and
technology organizations as well as relationships with diverse foreign
business. In December 1998, he started the first Credit Union of
Herdsmen of Mongolia. He established the American-Mongolian Education
Association with the goal of educating Mongolian Farmers and Ranchers
with American technology. Mangal is currently working on coal
carbonization project in Mongolia.
Mangal
has a Ph.D in Technical Service from the State University of Mongolia,
a Degree in Mining from the State University of Mongolia and a Degree
from The Economics Institute, Boulder, Colorado USA. He has
participated in International Conferences in Moscow, Kiev, Poland,
Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Turkey and China. Mangal
and his family reside in UlaanBaatar.
